The terms that govern your use of astryumcore.com and the information and inquiries exchanged through it.
1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of astryumcore.com (the "Site"), operated by Astryum Core LLC ("Astryum Core", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful business purposes only. You agree not to: interfere with the Site's operation or security; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems; use automated means to scrape or copy content without permission; submit false, misleading or unlawful information; or use the Site in any way that infringes the rights of others.
3. Site content and estimates
Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes about our company and services. Service descriptions, sector information and NAICS classifications are provided for reference and do not constitute an offer, a guarantee of availability or a binding scope of work. Any pricing, schedule or scope is only binding when set out in a written proposal or contract signed by Astryum Core LLC.
Photographs and videos on the Site may include licensed stock imagery used for illustrative purposes and do not necessarily depict projects completed by Astryum Core LLC.
4. Inquiries and proposals
Submitting a form, email or call through the Site does not create a contractual relationship. Proposals, bids and capability statements we issue are subject to their own terms, validity periods and conditions. Any construction services are governed exclusively by a separate written agreement, including applicable public-contract terms where a government or institutional owner is involved.
You represent that any information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to share it on behalf of your organization.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, the Astryum Core name and mark, and design elements, are owned by or licensed to Astryum Core LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent, except for viewing and printing pages for your own non-commercial, informational use.
6. Third-party content and links
The Site may contain links to or embedded content from third-party services, including map providers and font or script libraries. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, content or practices. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY. Nothing in this section limits warranties expressly provided in a signed construction contract.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASTRYUM CORE LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE. This limitation applies to the Site only and does not modify the allocation of liability in any separate written agreement for construction services.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Astryum Core LLC from any claims, losses or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
10. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
